The Norwex Aluminum Mop Base has velcro strips on the bottom to secure mop pads, and rubber edging to protect walls. Easily snaps into mop handle. Also features and easy locking mechanism to hold base firm for washing walls, windows, etc. The Norwex Dry Mop Pad is great for large flooring areas, particularly where there are children and pets. It contains 100% polyester which holds a static charge, picking up dust, dirt and hair. The Norwex Antibac Wet Mop pad, made of microfiber, is ideal for washing floors and walls. Sweep surface with dry mop first, and then clean with the wet mop. Remove pad from base and hang to dry when done washing floors or walls. The pad does not need to be laundered after every use - only when the front inch of the pad edge gets dirty. Size Dry Mop 5 inches x 20 inches, Wet Mop 5 inches x 20 inches.

Pole is heavy and bogus
Not sure I like this at all., Flips when I try to put pressure on it for a spot removal. Seems to stick to the floor instead of gliding across the floor. The dusting part of it is nice, although I think there are products out there that could do just as good of a job as this for dusting. I will continue to use, hoping I will like it and learn to use it., Maybe I am doing something wrong. But if I would of tried with another persons., I doubt if I would of purchased such a high price mop. Although Cloths for windows and everyday wipe ups are FANTASTIC

Cleans with water, no chemicals.
Great line of products. Enviro cloths are a great investment, no more bulk paper towel buys. The glass clothes are excellent on windows. Again, only needing water, soak them, wring them out, and wipe.For the floors, just use a spray bottle with water, spray a few streams on a spot and mop away. If they're really dirty I add a little vinegar to the bottle. Thats it. I now use about one roll of paper towels every few months.

I love it! I started buying Norwex products because they're highly rated and recommended but I just recently went to a Norwex party and saw a demonstration of the cloths using raw chicken and a bacterial testing kit. The cloth removed all evidence of bacterial and viral proteins! I now have full faith in these products and am ditching my old floor cleaning supplies for good!

I have been using this on my new bamboo hardwood floors and love it. They are dark and so they show every mark including barefoot prints. Since I am always barefoot, it quickly starts looking bad. When I don't feel like completely wetting the applicator, I just use a spray bottle.

Well worth the extra cost.
Mop system arrived packaged well. Unfortunately, the handle did not have holes for the push-buttons, so we drilled some ourselves. I’ve notified the seller and am waiting for a response. Only did so yesterday, so no issue there. Love the system, though. The wet mop pad works beautifully on our hardwood floors and the kitchen tile. The dry pad works great also. I think it was worth the money, but I’m a big believer in Norwex products.

Great product! Definitely recommend!
Love this mop! Easy to use. I dust mop the floors, change pad and mop. I have wood floors and it’s great for dust mopping and the wet pad is just the right amount for light mopping. Definitely would recommend this product!

Wonderful cleaning tool
Wow! I live in an older farmhouse with a large dog and wood floors. This mop is amazing. I have never enjoyed mopping so much. Very quick and thorough. Worth the expense .
