Don't waste your money. Product is ineffective AND causes extreme stomach discomfort AND cannot be returned.I am / was a nationally ranked cyclist and runner and tried out for the Olympics three times. Granted, I did not make it, and it was many years ago, but I know how to train and I know when a supplement works.This does not work, is expensive and will have you spending time in the bathroom.You CANNOT return this product - so don't buy it or buy it from a local store with a return policy you can live with.

Great product

I have used this product for years for soccer. I used to take the original version which requires a very strict schedule but this new formula is better, but i still follow the schedule. A nice glass size of water should be ingested with the 2 pills. An hour prior to activity is highly suggested so that it can properly break down. Stomach issues are bound to happen with this product if taken within a short or very short time period but the same goes for a sandwich. I would give 5 stars but due to the great oxidizing of muscles and fat you may get a little gas post exercise but it is great for the body allowing you to feel lighter and the real effects of the workout. As an exercise physiologist i suggest only taking these day of competition of youre an weekend warrior- serious athlete. This product has surely made its way on to me recommeded product list to my clients and friends.
