Good bonding in characteristics
Used for water tank floor. Mixing with cement, water in the given ratio. Applied two coats for a 49 square feet area. After 5 hour dry. Cement is bonded with floor like a glue. It's more like a primer bond or fixing leakage issue. For one litre around 1.5kg cement and water.

(1) In the video,The Bond ratio is 1 : 1 (Pidicrete 302 : Cement)The PMM preparing ratio is 1:10:30 (Pidicrete 303:Cement:Sand)The Sealer Coat ratio is 1 : 1.5 (Pidicrete 303 : Cement)(2) In the description, the following information are there"WATERPROOFING- prevents leakage & dampness. Coverage: For Bonding & waterproofing applications. 1 kg of super latex will cover 70-80 sq. ft. area in 2 coats for a proportion mix 1: 4:7 (Super Latex : Water : Cement)."I couldn't find any match in the above two (2) descriptions. So, it is confusing to me.

Very good item for sealing roof
I used it to make my pond on roof water proof. Just mix cement with this milky liquid and prepare a paste of cement and apply it on any concrete surface like roof, wall etc. It really acts as magic and seals the pores, cracks etc. very well. It is very low cost method of sealing compared to other costly items for sealing.
