Quick recharge through usb-c PD wall adapter not working
Quick recharging a Q10 power bank through a usb-c PD wall adapter (an OEM nintendo switch usb-c wall adapter) is not working. After plug into the usb-c port, the LED shows "In" for 5 seconds and changes to "Out". This also disables the wall adapter. This wall adapter recharges my other power banks (and nintendo switch of course) fine without any issues. I tried to re-order a second Q10 to avoid random product defect but the same issue happened. BTW recharging this power bank through a normal 10W (5V/2A) wall plug is working fine but it is not quick recharge as advertised.

Great wireless power bank
I especially like the design of it and the digital screen when tell you exactly the percentage of power left instead of few 3-5 led indicators. Overall, I really enjoy use this power bank with wireless charging function.

‘Fruit’ port (Apple lightning) won’t work with USB-C cable.
The ‘fruit’ (Apple lightning) charging port won’t work with a USB-C to lightning cable. Using a USB-C to USB-A adapter doesn’t solve the problem. I have no trouble using a USB-A to lightning cable. (USB-C to lightning cable can work only if it started charging with another port.)Otherwise this is a good charger. It’s loaded with features usually found on larger and heavier battery packs. It’s put together well. I’m happy with it (now that I understand its quirk).

Great gift
Wonderful battery life. Does discharge only when being used for the most part. LED info bar on battery percentage, and what voltage is being used! Great gift!

Works just fine
I charged it initially with a lightning cable, then tested out charging my iPhone 11 with it- works great. The wireless charging doesn't always start the first time I try it and I thought the charger had an issue... until I noticed that my phone has the same issue with other wireless chargers- so the performance is consistent.I've seen some reviews with some issues, but all I can say is that it works 100% as it should for me.

Screen broke on first drop
My screen broke on the first drop and now its difficult to use but it still works.
