Diameter didn’t match with Kohler

When we bought our house, it came with a Kohler bidet, which we use. At some point the ball rod started leaking, and I replaced it with one from the hardware store which was shorter than OEM one. I cobbled together a linkage to bridge the significant gap to the position of the lift rod. This finally failed. Found the extension online. Pro: Well made, excellent connection setup, solid. Con: One of the tiny set screws fell out and rolled somewhere under the bidet. Though description specified it fitting a Kohler, I no longer had a Kohler rod. Mine was a larger diameter. And the extension rod was about 3 " too long and interfered with the porcelain base to prevent full drain opening.Bought 1/2" long set screws, which were much easier to handle and set, and also find. Milled out the hole with a Dremel tool. Hacksawed excess rod off.The result I butchered works great. Don't think I can hold LASCO responsible for my oddball dimension issues.

This worked great. I did have to drill it out to fit the existing rod in there and it was missing set screw. Otherwise it was perfect. The missing set screw was annoying. Hopefully it's supposed to come with two and mine was just forgotten.

Good concept but not big enough to fit horizontal rod.

This solves my issue with the reach for the arm for Kohler sink stopper not being long enough. However the inside diameter of this product is slightly smaller than the rod on the Kohler sink stopper. So I had to use a drill bit to enlarge the extension rods female end. I also had to cut the rod so it wouldn’t hit the back of the cabinet. Very glad it was a solution for my problem.

I ordered two of these and one of them came having been opened before with no set screws. After waiting 2 weeks for delivery, I just found my own screws to be done with the project.

This worked perfect for my Hansgrohe faucets. No drilling required; even the Hansgrohe rod to pop-up connector fit perfect. I just had to cut a couple inches off the length (super easy) for my situation. Be careful opening the package. I bought 2; one of them had the set screws loose in the cavity of the rod. They could easily fall out, drop on the floor, bounce and roll around into some corner (they are really tiny). The other rod had the set screws installed.

I needed this because I got a Kohler Caxton undermount sink and Kohler rubicon faucet. I bought these two based on the manufacturer's recommendation that these two work together. The rod provided with the rubicon is WAY too short. Almost 4 inches (That's what she said) . The faucet was installed correctly, by the way.I contacted Kohler. Great CS. Sent me a longer rod. Still short. Their long rod replacement is only 10 inches (That's what she said).I had to cut the Lasco extension because it was actually too long (...) but it worked out well.Happy with the purchase.P.S.
