Very good phone.
This phone does everything I want it to, and perhaps a lot more when I get the chance to sort it out. It was extremely easy to set up, and took about 20 mins, including taking the old one out. I am an 84 year old woman.

Was a fab find
My elderly mum had these before and we was struggling to find them but good old amazon came through. I really didn't want to have to try and teach a almost 80 year old how to use a new phone it's hard work and time consuming. Thank you so much you saved me a lot of sweat and tears

Nice phone, but sound is poor
Pros and cons for this phone. The loudest ringtone is not loud enough when you're in another room and the volume when a call is in progress is not very loud either unless it's on speaker. Nice clear screen so that you can clearly see who'se ringing.

Lightweight and easy to use
Although the phones are lightweight and easy to use they do not have a flat base which means that you can't stand the handset upright.
