Rod Saver 14/8PM Pro Stretch - 14" & 8"

I replaced my original rod saver with this longer one so that I could strap down more rods to the deck. I’ve strapped down 8 or 9 rods with baitcasters easily. I haven’t maxed out the capacity but I bet you can get 12 rods secured. The quality is good and the Velcro has a secure hold. I didn’t even use the shorter strap that is for the end of the rods. So far have been very happy with purchase.

I used these to replace my broken bungee rod hold-downs on my Tracker PT175. I gave 4 stars, because like other reviewers, I think these do need more stitching to avoid coming apart over time.

These work like they always have for me, very well. I've been using the brand since the 80s and never a lost or broken rod, even when the drunk weekender cuts you off and you wake jump. If you do any deck boat fishing at all, you need this product. I bought this second set because I always have 6 or 8 rods on the deck at any given time and this keeps them organized.

I sure am glad we got the large set, you'll always need the extra space on the boat deck for more rods. Why wouldn't anyone opt for the longer set? You won't be disappointed.

Got these to replace older ones that velcro had worn out. Got the larger size to secure more rods.

I sew, I probably should have made this. I guess I have more money than sense.

This is a great item to replace your old rod tie down, easy to in stall good quality

Ordered a set pulled them out of the package and gave the 14" section a tug and the stitching pulled apart from the elastic. Received replacement 2 days later and the stitching will also fail if its pulled on. Set both sets back for a refund. Include a picture of the failing replacement set.
