Very disappointing
Ive ordered it twice. The second time i ordered i got fake products. Also no matcha flavoured pocky sticks . So disappointed

Broken pieces
All the biscuits were broken in the packets itself. Most of them were broken into very small pieces. Very upset with this kind of packaging. Also didn't get the matcha flavour biscuits and milk chocolate flavour biscuits as shown.

Worst product...
Kids got disappointed with the broken pokey sticks.... the outer box is good in shape but however the inner pokey sticks are broken and it's like a biscuits. Never expected this level of shipping with Amazon. Ordered for the appearance and nothing great about flavor. Now it's like a 40 rupees worth cream biscuits. Poor Shipping or package I can say. If there is a chance I would like to return. Waste of money and not worthful. Zero value for money.

Poor packaging and heavy damage
When received.. Has heavy damage both external packing and the product. When open all the inside contents are broken and damages.Also the product is not madison Japan .. Its made in Thailand (under the license of Japan)Product taste is very sub par - Not like the ones that i tasted in Japan.Very poor product / and service..Only good thing was , it was delivered on time.Seriously consider before ordering

Look at the pictures and decide for yourself. Product was delivered in the worst of state and can't be consumed.

The flavour was jhakas,but it was in a very poor condition, every single pieces were broken.
