I love this case its bulky so it kind of reminds me of the old school Sidekick 3 once I put it on. However it allows me to work a 12 hour shift where I constantly use my phone throughout the day and still have a 100% battery life.

Looks well made with quality materials .However it is bulky and heavy .BUT works well ,so it was an ok buy

Almost 6 months after I noticed my phone was being "pushed out" of the case. I tried to push it back in, just thinking it worked itself out, it would not go in all the way. I then removed my phone and realize the battery in the case is now bulging out If you think 6 months is worth the price, then buy it. If not I would stay away.Edit: Their customer service has been excellent and very responsive. They have replaced the case. I am raising the stars.

I've only had this battery case for a few days, and so far am pleased with the purchase.I'm a heavy user of my Note 8, including Google Maps which has the most significant drain on the battery. This case has been able to handle that usage with room to spare. I suspect two days of battery life for lighter use can be obtained.The charging turns on automatically when the phone is inserted in the case. But charging can be disabled by pressing twice on the power button. That was the only useful information in the instructions, not that a great deal of instructions are needed.I've learned it's best to separate the phone from the case for charging overnight, and top up my phone with a wall charger in the morning. But that is my preference, and is not necessary.I had to relearn my finger print with the case installed, as the cutout affects reaching the fingerprint reader. But that solution worked.I have not tried the USB A charging port to charge another device yet, and don't anticipate needing it. Removing the S Pen is only slightly more difficult, and have had worse.Overall, the case is comfortable to hold, and not excessively heavy. Phone insertion and removal is easy, but there is not much protection, if any, for the screen, as the edge of the case sits flush with the screen. The headphone cutout seems large enough for regular connectors. Requires about 3 hours to fully recharge, and does not come with a cable.

I have a note 8 and due to my job I need a lot of battery well I got the best case battery so far the BAHOND case battery provides me whole day with charge with a nice ergonomic case it feel good to the touch it has a led indicator that help to know about when the charge is done and also has a USB to charge a 2nd device! I'm very satisfied with my buy.

this is my first battery case, when i looked at mophie the reviews as of late have been bad, this one didnt have many so i figure i would take a shot. it is a fast charge case which is nice because samsung batteries require that. i just got it and the weight is STUPID heavy. i think it was more then double my battery backs that do 3 to 4 times as much charge. the fact one cant charge the case and phone at one is just awful. It is quicker to do them separate but i only have 1 charger so i have to go spend another 20$ on a charger is just sad. I will update in a week to see if it last longer, my battery normally last 4 to 6hr by itself with heavy use so i am hoping to get a sold 10.

When this thing arrived I ripped it out of the box and popped my phone in it. Fits great. Cool. Tried to charge it while my phone was in it and it wasn't charging. I took it off and charged it solo. That seemed to work, so I left it alone and checked it about an hour later.I come back and it's got 3 our of 4 bars of juice so I figure let's pop in on my phone again. I can't get it to fit this time. After fidgeting for a sec I remove my phone and notice when the phone is cradled seems to have been inflated, then it clicks. The battery pack in this thing is faulty and it's inflated to a point where it's buldged the protective plate over the battery just enough that it won't accept my phone now.I left it outside next to my trashcan with enough distance to hopefully not ignite anything else near by if it decides to explode. Beware of this product. Amazon refunded me with no hassle.
