Ethiopia Skate, artist BB Bastidas, and Penny Skateboards collaborated to create incredibly unique 22” and 27” Penny designs to look rad and make a difference in the lives of youth all over the world. The Ethiopia Skate x BB Bastidas completes are the first boards as a part of the Penny for a Purpose initiative to support projects and non-profits and encourage skateboarding all over the world. The Set up: This 27” Ethiopia Skate Penny was designed by Californian artist BB Bastidas. Inspired to make a difference in the global skate community, BB came up with the intricate designs based off of African textiles that prominently feature the Ethiopian national colors. to the Ethiopia Penny 27”, features similar, yet unique graphics of its own tying together two amazing boards for one valuable project, Penny for a Purpose. Wheels and Bearings: The Ethiopia Skate X BB 27” boldly features transparent red wheels that match the red on the deck. These 59mm 83A wheels are great for cruising! Just soft enough that you feel in complete control on the nimble 27” board, yet fast enough for you to pick up some serious speed and have a blast doing it. The Ethiopia 27” also comes standard with Abec 7 bearings to provide your Penny with the durability needed to skate every day. Trucks and Cushions: White and green powder coated Penny trucks are made from high-quality aluminum construction which keeps your Penny light, strong, and ready to shred. The 83A yellow cushions are perfect for carving and by tightening or loosening the kingpin you can adjust it to fit your riding style. Bolts: The 27" Ethiopia Skate Penny Board features white high tensile deck bolts.
