Kicker CXRC Remote Bass Control 12CXRC

Works as advertised. Wire was plenty long enough to run in my Xterra from under the steering column, through the head unit space, through the center console and out the side to under the passenger seat with feet to spare. Would likely have made it to the rear trunk space area if needed.A little expensive for what it is, which basically is a kicker branded potentiometer and some cable.The turning action is little indents so it more or less clicks/snaps to the next level, of which there are about 40 of. Personally, I would have preferred a smooth action, but its just a matter of taste and does not affect functionality.The only real bad thing I did not like was the mounting. The screw holes are not looped, so any jarring action like for example if you are turning the knob and hit a bump, it could easily come out. I remedied this with a spot of double sided 3M tape, but it could have been better served with screw holes instead.

Works perfect. Has very defined notches when turning so your not over bassing the music. The knob has an excellent feel for adjustment. Super easy to install.

Bought this for my son, easy to install. Does exactly what it is supposed to. Works great. Read other reviews saying u lose Bass once u hook it up, yes u do. It is designed that way. You need to adjust ur bass boost and gain on the amp in order to compensate for it. This allows u to turn it up or down with the Bass knob. Guess people who write bad reviews have no clue about car audio components. SMH. Great Product though !!! Totally worth it.

Great product I like how it's been pre-engineered edit a much smaller unit is easier to hide but takes care of the problem with my old one going bad and not able to gain volume

Works perfectly with my Kicker CX1200.1 Amp. Great if you want to be able to adjust the Amp level from the front seat. Only draw back is the mounting. The design limits on where you can mount this. It is a under mount design as you can see in the picture. And in the back the wire sticks out quite a bit. So be aware of where you might want to mount this before buying. But other then that I love it.

Just as described only took 5 days to get to my home product was brand new with a very long feed cord to reach the amp anywhere you want to mount it. The bass control is very small so it can be installed almost anywhere just remember to turn off everything when plugging it up or you will get a big thump out of your subs and go ahead and turn the amp wide open so you can have max control out of your new switch.

This knob is in my 2000 Z28 and in my 2012 Silverado. Both have full kicker systems and this knob control allows you to turn down the bass when you need to quickly turn it down or , just want to fine tune. Takes about 10 min. to install. Definitely worth 26 bucks.

I got this professionally installed under my dash and man I would never want a system without one again. It is perfect because of the wide variety of music I listen to sometimes doesn't bide well with bass. With rap I like to max it out but with rock or trance it can become more annoying and simply sounds better as an accent more than a signature sound. It is good way for you to have control over the power of your own system. I would recommend it to anyone that wants to buy it.

This product only works with Kicker amp. Would give 5 stars if worked with others.

Nice to have control up front in my jeep. When top is off I lose bass so this comes in handy to adjust the amp while driving
