Small, Lightweight Designed for Comfort in Mind - Britzgo 702 Digital Hearing Amplifier with Noise Cancellation Technology

I did my research before purchasing this product and this seemed to be the best I could find in this price point. My parents need hearing aids and my aim with these is to get them to try something out that isn't overly expensive or noticeable and this fits that need perfectly. I don't know the results yet with my parents but I tried them and they worked great. Maybe they'll go out and get an expensive pair but this will be a great start for sure.

It took me about 3 weeks to learn the correct adjustment for my ear, but I got it and really like this product. My grandson said it perfectly "Grandma you don't say what all the time anymore".

This product does not have back round reduction how ever it works great and makes a big difference . A lot better than having nothing or paying $3000.00 for one that works just as good I know went that rout if your looking for better just get the one with back round reduction . I highly recommend it worth your money

I got this hearing Amplifier to make my wife and my daughter happy, now I can hear them. It took a little bit to get on to it but now it's working fine.

I have been paying big bucks for hearing aids. Then I got a so sweet dog and she ate my aids! Yes I still have her. I saw the ad for these aids , best day ever!!! Yes they are a bit larger , my hair covers them. These aids are great!! I can hear. No more huhs

As noted above, I was looking for a hearing aid that would decrease background (i.e. in a restaurant setting) but I found out that it didn't cut it down but amplified it even when I set the volume at the lowest level

Didn't filter out any ambient noise and the earpiece fell apart as soon as this was used. Would not recommend!
