NOW Foods Sports Nutrition, T-Lean Extreme with GreenSelect Phytosome, 60 Veg Capsules

SUMMARY: I use this daily in my morning routine to wake me up, and give me a burst of energy. I like that it has caffeine, green tea extract, and other ingredients to promote weight loss. I used to use regular (plain) caffeine tablets from others, but found that these combined other ingredients and seemed more potent than those others. I would not recommend taking them on an empty stomach, especially without a lot of water, because it could bother some stomachs. However, for me, as long as I have taken them with a large glass of water, or other drink, I have not had any issues. I love NOW Foods products. I have always received quality products free of artificial dyes and fillers. I bought this product to help curb my appetite, give me energy and rev my metabolism. Initially I did experience extra energy and some appetite suppression. I tried two (2) caps daily as recommended. I was unable to tolerate that dose. I was shaky and nauseous and overall felt bad. I tried one (1) cap daily and had better success. I have not noticed any weight loss. I have not noted any inches lost. I still think it's a good product; just not what I expected.

Followed the instructions and have had great success. I have been using this product for a couple of months and while I haven't seen a dramatic decrease in my weight, I have noticed a boost in energy in the mornings and a decrease in appetite throughout the day.

Excellent energy booster without the funny feeling. I take one before I go to the gym. Now I can't workout without it. I find myself pushing that extra mile in the gym after taking one capsule. Highly recommend this product.

Seem to help maintain weight when off a diet will buy again and stick to diet to see if It will help with weight loss

absolutely no boost during the day. and I love this brand of supplements too.

I have been using for about a year now, but I’m not sure whether it helps or not.Keep trying I guess.
