The item arrived damaged. Eye shadow was all over everything. It was one big mess. I must admit this has never happened to me before. I have been very lucky. So I am not too upset. I ordered different eye shadows altogether and received it the last day so I am very pleased with the item and no issues with the packaging so all is good and I am happy!!!
