(1)The problem of turns on while in pocket : Just be relax about this question, lamp will not be turns on through 1000 test. Since there has O-ring slot between lamp holder and lamp body,two sections is not easy to fall but don't spin too loose or tight when turn off the lights.
 (2) The mini flashlight not have short delay before brightest light appears just be relax
