So this is going to be incomplete. I received them, and didn't know what to expect. I became worried when I opened the box to find the headset in a box with chinese writing on it. Great, stuff I couldn't understand. So I opened it, no paper or anything. Awesome, no "user manual". I plugged it in, hoping to hear something, but knowing from previous reviews that I'd need to download some software. I tested it, and could only hear out of the left side. Don't know if that's intended without the software. I started looking, trying to find ANYTHING about the software that was needed. I saw someone say something about "Hera" software, but the only one I found didn't do ANYTHING for the headset, just had some pictures and links to pages for other headsets.I'm very upset right now, since I had been happy because of the price and good reviews. I'll continue looking to see if I can find whatever software people are talking about, but if I can't, I'll be returning it.

After having called to have this product refunded, I managed to get them to work while I was on hold. I had to remove the detachable audio plug from the headset and plug in the headphone jack (I know, seems so simple right? Well they shouldn't come with the USB hookup if it isn't going to work). Anyway, now it works...tada! I would have left a 5 star, because they should still come with some product information and directions and troubleshooting tips, but they don't so a 4 star is all you get. For 14 bucks though, they're perfect. Happy teen = Happy life.

I bought these so that I could look cool while I game - even though I game at home. By myself. But hey, I gotta pretend like I'm a pro-gamer in order to perform like a pro-gamer, right!? These are not light, but the headstrap on top is of great support and thus I don't feel like I'm wearing a helmet.My Overwatch game improved after I mounted these on my head, I went from Silver to Plat after I started using these. I've also switched from Mercy to Lucio so that I can look like Lucio while blasting away.10/10 would Luico-oh~ again.

I purchased them during a lightning sale, for 16.99. They feel good, but they don't sound very good. Mine arrived with the volume switch broken, Sound only plays when the volume adjuster is all the way up. Even on my loudest volume setting, the sound wasn't very loud, could hear myself typing on my keyboard (not a mechanical one). Two stars because I got what I paid for. Would not recommend to anyone at this point.

My son has mentioned that there is an echo when using this device. I have tried every fix, but no paperwork comes with this device to troubleshoot.

I bought this about a month ago and only used them like 7 times, about 4 hours each time, and they broke today. When i was removing them, the part that holds the side that goes in the ear broke in a way that is too complicated to fix. Aside from the material durability i loved this headphones and thats why i am so dissapointed.

They never sounded that good but for a $20 gaming headset, I wasn't expecting much. However, considering the most abuse they received was putting them on my head and taking them back off, I expected them to last longer than 7 weeks. And the company is completely non-responsive via their support section of their website. I had to go to their facebook page and start posting about how their products break and they don't respond before anyone would get back to me. Still waiting to see what they do. But at this point, I can't recommend this headset. Save your money and buy something better.

Pretty good sound. I did have to open it one time to glue the speaker in one of the ears back on. But it hasn't broken since.
