Electrolux Ergorapido PetCare EL3230A Stick Vacuum, Satin White

I have this vacuum cleaner for about 6 months now and I actually enjoy every feature of it. Good suction, lightweight, easy to maneuver and no cord to worry about. Had a little incident after cleaning the brush roll. Removed brush to clean out dust that got caught in the see through plastic of the brush unit. All I can say is, be careful not loosing the little part that is attached on 1 side of the brush. For some reason mine disappeared and after inserting the brush back without the little part it made a throbbing noise. Obviously it didn't fit in snug anymore.I called Electrolux about my issue and a good responsive customer service rep (John) sent out a new brush since the little part that disappeared was not available by itself. Received brush within a week and I am back enjoying this handy piece of "house helper" in full swing.

I purchased this Cordless vacuum to help keep up with all of the kids and the Australian Shepherd. It cleans beautifully and we vacuum regularly so the battery life is more than enough. We rarely pull out the large vacuum as this vacuum is capable of doing most of the work. It works on pet hair (shepherds shed), clay from the tennis courts, three kids and all of their friends constantly snacking, and spreading crumbs. I love the attachments which I use to clean hair off of the furniture and bedspreads. It is extremely versatile and I am very happy with my purchase!

..I "love" this cordless vacuum cleaner. It was slightly charged up right out of the box. It picks up bird seed and works great for other clean up tasks. I had another model of this vacuum, and it also still works great. For a cordless variety these models are all very powerful. I recommend to anyone looking for a trouble free cleaning tool.

I love this stick broom. I actually replaced an older version which was no longer picking up well. I figured the "pet care" aspect was a bonus. Wow! It does an amazing job removing cat fur from my furniture. It also pickes up anything in it's path; fur, crumbs, cat litter, my hair. It works on the carpet too. There is another great feature. It has a self cleaning brushroll. My longish hair always gets wrapped around the brushroll and now I don't have to take the machine apart to clean it. I can't recommend Ergorapido Pet care highly enough.

We've tried many different brands and styles of stick vacuums and we continually come back to one manufactured by Electrolux. This particular model, the PetCare, does exactly what it's supposed to do and really DOES work extra hard at getting up the constant shedding from our golden retriever. The attachments are actually easy to use and useful!. We just wish we could find the model to purchase again - we have one for the first floor and one for the second floor; we'd like one for our basement! And, we wish we could find the replacement brush roll - the one offered is not as sturdy and has fewer bristles. However, none of these takes away from the fact it is still the best functioning of all the stick vacuum's on the market!

Excellent vacuum, the pet hair removal is outstanding. Recommend this little vacuum, it does the job and worth the money.

This vacuum rocks - it rolls easily from my hardwood to area rugs to throw rugs. My prior Electrolux was good but wouldn't roll backwards on rugs, but this model does. Great cornering. Picks up pet hair and the little paper scraps from my cat scratcher boards and any other dirt / crumbs that end up on the floor. I'd definitely buy this again.

It died after a few months. I was told by Amazon I had to deal directly with Electrolux. Called and told them my problem. They were not overly friendly but within about 3 weeks I received a new machine which is working well enough.
