Used it on 2 monitors to display takeaway menu - works very well

As stated in headline I bought two only one worked both had issues getting to main menu, response time is very slow, you press button on remote and you may have to wait 3/4 seconds for response, so you do not know it the signal has been received. Same issue with both, if you are unable to get to main menu product is useless. was able to get to main menu on one unit but not the second, played usb files fine but then unable to get back to main menu so was unable to try other features because the issue was the same on both decided to return

Sadly my item came with a fault. The digital cable was,pushed in so when trying to fix a digital it would fall off as the input is pushed in.Please see pictures I have uploaded.Have put in a request for a replacement so will update if the replacement is faulty.

Brilliant little machine worth the money

Product fine, the delivery was diabolical. The four items order are put in a recycling bin? On the same day the bins were due to be picked. We were both home and I have checked the door bell, all working. We also have a Springer spaniel who would have heard the bell. Not much excuse for anyone leaving the items in a waste bin, is there?Very disappointed if this sort of standard has been used in the past when items have been missing.

This arrived today. Despite having the correct file types it will not read my hard drive. 2TB seagate. Worked perfectly fine with my previous player before it died.

Only worked for about an hour so hard to rate item was contacted by supplier so hope they will get back in touch !
