Cute but broken pieces with bad customer service
Came with broken and missing pieces. Didn’t have the time to sit on the phone and wait hours for the next customer service rep because it says to call if broken/missing pieces. They obviously have a lot of complaints since the wait time was so long. Decided to just put it together because our son loves our laundry machine and I just wanted him to be happy (and away from our machine). It’s cute and he doesn’t know there are broken pieces, but it was a bummer to spend the money on junk. Had to actually get creative in getting the door to stay shut because it didn’t come with the hardware. So disappointing. Two stars because it’s cute and my son likes it. I’m staying away from Step 2 unless I buy in store and can return easily.

missing parts. very stupid directions.
missing the hooks. two sets of directions came, one for this product and then a random set of directions. The directions were horrible. we have three kids fr 2-23 yrs old and have put together more toys than you could imagine. these were by far some of the worst directions. it wasn't hard to assemble once you deciphered the random directions.

Missing And Damaged Pieces.
I waited until the night before my daughter’s birthday to put this together and am very disappointed. Not only were there chips/dings (a couple pics with review) in some of the pieces, one of the pieces (23) was not in the package marked for pieces 22 and 23. Now, the door will not click shut, so it swings too far in and bumps out when the toy is being used. It is cute and I wasn’t expecting amazing quality at this price, but the missing piece and the chips/dings are very disappointing. I would not purchase this product again. I do not expect this to hold up for very long.

This set is so adorable and my daughter was so excited to get it for Christmas. Not a bad thing to say about it. Easy to assemble and great quality.

good size for kids
the color is very pretty and its actuallyy a pretty good size wasn't very hard to put together however 4 of the screws were missing which is why I gave it a 4 star otherwise everything inside came in perfect condition and my little one loves it

Adorable (but be gentle when putting together)
This is incredibly adorable and has already gotten a lot of play time use in our house. It was fairly easy to put together (as long as you could keep little toddler hands away). The only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating is because when putting in the screws it cracked in several spots too easily. It didn't break but it cracked. Still in tact and super cute though. I urge anyone who purchases this to go quite easy on the screws. Once it is all put together it is fairly sturdy.

It’s nice, daughter loves it.. but it came broken.. looks like someone put it together before and it cracked when they screwed in the screws. They must of returned it and then amazon re sold it. But too much work to take it apart and ship back..

I ordered this for my grand daughter as an add on to her little kitchen. First of all the quality is far greater than I thought it would be. You and you wee ones will not be disappointed . It has working dials, a sturdy door that will survive all the laundry your wee is about to do . You do need assemble this so please follow the instructions .

Daughters love this!
1 and 3 year old both love this! Who knew doing laundry and sweeping could be this much fun. Took about 30 minutes to put together. Good quality, no concerns about the sturdiness. So far its been hours of fun and anticipate it will be for many more hours.
