Bought this to keep the edge off the frost in my green house.So far seems to work fine and is doing the job.Will have to wait until we get some really cold weather though to see how it performs though.Some have complained that it won't heat large spaces but it's not really intended for that. After all it's only a low wattage greenhouse heater meant to keep the frost at bay and not a multi-KW space heater.The built in thermostat is not particularly brilliant although it does work. Essentially you need to go out and adjust it when the temperature has reached the minimum you want (E.g. 1C) so that it just clicks on. Depending on how it goes I may purchase a proper outdoor thermostatic switch which can be set to a precise temperature.It takes a while to heat up (which is to be expected) but does get pretty hot. I wouldn't recommend putting it right next to plants for this reason.Seems to be well built and water resistant although probably not advisable to get it wet if this can be avoided just in case.

Gives out good amount of heat and great quality

I brought this item to take the chill from my purpose built guinea pig shed. The winter has always made me very nervous as it has got to -10degrees before now and keeping livestock outside is always a risk. I was hoping at best that this heater would keep the shed to above freezing levels, however from day one of the installation I can feel the warmth as soon as I walk into the shed and it's actually keeping it very cosy in there and all my winter worries for my animals have all but disappeared. It's extremely easy to install and it does have an adjustable heat setting and As of yet I have only had it on a reasonably low setting. It's patented inbuilt thermostat is great for keeping the useage cost down and as a result I am able to leave it switched on through day and night. I am so impressed with it that I am now about to purchase a second one to use in our lobby area where our coats and shoes live and which also gets very cold. Very highly recommended and a worthwhile and cost effective purchase.

Delivered with the package open at one end and an unfortunate rattle in the tube so returned for refund.

Works great

Bought this to take the edge off the cold in my shed. Would have been happy if it just worked as a frost guard, but it does more than that and manages to keep the temperature several degrees above freezing in an un-insulated shed, with the outside temperature at freezing or just below.Easy to operate, cheap to run.The thermostat is a simple design, the heater is either on, or off. It doesn't control how hot the heater gets, rather the ambient temperature at which the heater comes on. So if it's on, it's on full, until the ambient temperature comes up, and then it goes off. Simple, effective, and worth the sub £40 price.

En 2 h de chauffage, chauffage à fond pour une box de 1.20m2, la température est augmenté de 0.4 degrés.. Le tubes est brûlant mais ne procure aucune chaleur. articles inutile puis délais de livraison non respecté.

Habe es wohl überlesen in der Beschreibung das es ein UKStecker ist, war aber kein Problem, habe mir ein Adapter besorgt und es funktioniert einwandfrei. Wird richtig! warm. Bin sehr zufrieden.

El enchufe no es europeo pero es buen producto

Asked for a refund, couldn’t heat up a brown paper bag. It’s definitely eco friendly for the fact that it doesn’t seem to require any power for the amount of heat it puts out.
