Super useful to have in the shop
Needed to replace an old jack glad we got this one. Extremely heavy duty will use it to jack up my Yukon and Bronco.

The bearings fell out of the wheels on the third use.
Return is not easy. Less than a year old. Third use. Bearings came out of wheels.

This is a HEAVY Duty jack
This jack is very heavy duty and is heavy, very heavy. I rated a 3 because the jack I bought had ball bearing falling out of the swivel mounts where the wheels mount to the jack, seller also ignored my request to send out new wheel. I hope this is not a trend with the rear wheels. I choose not to return, this is way to have to repack and send out or I would have requested a new jack. If the ball bearings continue to fall out I will go up to a slightly bigger ball bearing as they are as tight as they can go and you can not close the gap.
