Brilliant all round, even the customer service!
This battery has done exactly what it said on the listing - laptop battery for my old Machine! I'd been putting it off for a while, but this is brilliant. The battery life, the packaging to make sure it comes in 1 piece, and so easy to fit. I'm glad with my choice :)I bought this after a cowboy on this site was selling something similar .... But it's too delicate to post - so beware guys!!

Clear instructions for troubleshooting that work.
Early days but appears to be working well. Followed the instructions to the letter for fitting and charging (including advice for a problem) and the battery is now fully charged as promised.
