Excellent Watch
I owned one of these watches for many, many years. The gold coating starting wearing off, so I gave it to my father-in-law and he is still using it. This one I just received is just like my old one.The band one size fits all and very confrontable. Its a no nonsense watch and keeps very good time. Its very good for a dress watch, but I use it all the time every where I go.I recommend this watch as very reliable and looks nice.

Atomic Accuracy without the Radio !
If you want a simple, ACCURATE and easy-to-read timepiece without the gizmos that abound today, this is it. I have owned this watch for about 18 months, set it via WWV (National Bureau of Standards) from my shortwave radio, and it has NEVER been more than 1/2 second off. It tends to drift about a half second either side of dead on, probably due to the effects of seasonal temperature variations on the quartz crystal timebase. I am simply amazed at it's accuracy.

The most accurate watch I have ever owned.
I am a watch geek, although I own only 6. I have always admired the Seiko railroad approved models. When this one went on sale, I snapped it up, and I love it. It is off by, perhaps, a second per week. My old Seiko gains 8 seconds per week. This model is beautiful and comfortable and easy to read. It is also a great value.

Fantastic Accurate Watch that won't Break your Bank
My Fiance gave this Seiko SGG531 watch for Xmas. I work in the public transportation industry and having an accurate time keeping watch is required for my job. This Quartz railroad approved watch is the most accurate next to an atomic watch. It is accurate to within 3 seconds in six months from what I've observed. This watch is a great for any attire, casual to business. The Seiko SGG531 has certainly become my favorite watch, and I'm actually thinking purchasing a couple more for backups.

Seiko
Love the look of this watch. I consider this watch medium weight. I have a old Seiko chronograph from the 70's (very heavy) as well as a thin Seiko, leather banded, dress watch. This one is right in between in weight. The hour and minute hands are mirror finished which adds just the right amount of flash to the look without being over the top. Band is very easy to adjust for size, just need a super small (or similar) screwdriver to push the "blade" out. No pins to hammer out or micro screws to unscrew.

Great Watch!
This watch is excellent. Comfortable to wear, easy to read in the light or the dark, and this one is very accurate! It gains about 2 seconds a month. Seiko paid attention to the details. If you're looking for a Railroad Approved watch, this one is hard to beat.

Never Looses a Minute
I bought this watch about 7 months ago. It hasn't lost or gained a minute. Easy to read. And it looks good, too. I think this is the best watch I've had in a long time, if ever. Hope to wear it for years to come.
