Lack of spare part.
It is a great product, but I advise do not buy this product, because they do not have spare part.

Easy to use for a quick cappuccino
Easy to use and part of my wake up morning routine to have a breakfast coffee. Takes only a few minutes and makes a decent, frothy cappuccino. Says it makes two cups, but to be honest, I use it for one big mug of wake up!
