Monitors Temperature When curing herbs and spices, staying within ideal temperature ranges is absolutely essential. Cork is completely programmable and helps to monitor the temperature inside your jar or container so that your herbs properly. Automated ''Burping'' Cork monitors the moisture levels within your jars and containers. When the humidity levels reach your programmed level, the cork will automatically ''pop'', ensuring that your herbs are able to breathe at the ideal moment.

Product does not work as advertised. Better off using Amber colored mason jars to cure it works better than throwing 200.00 away
