Picked these up thinking “yeah, these will look good at a fancy Vegas pool.” Instead? Took them straight to the Colorado River down in Eldorado Canyon… because of course I did. These trunks handled it like champs. Comfortable, stylish enough for the high-end spots, but rugged enough for a full-on desert river adventure. It was pushing 100 degrees, people were out doing their thing, and these kept things cool the whole time. Best part? Jumped in the water, realized I forgot a towel (classic), and it didn’t even matter. These dried off fast—like “no soggy butt drive back to Vegas” fast. That alone is worth the price of admission. Compression liner is solid, fit is good, and they don’t feel like they’re fighting you when you move around. Four stars for being versatile trunks that go from casino pool vibes to canyon river adventures without missing a beat. Because plans change… and your shorts better keep up.

This is a review for: Justay Mens Swim Trunks with Compression Liner 2 in 1 Quick Dry Board Shorts Bathing Suit Swimming Trunks for Men I got these for my husband and he loves the feeling of the compression shorts underneath the trunks instead of the old fashioned mesh liners. The pocket in the compression shorts is a bit small to fit a modern day phone, like it suggests in the photo, but it's still useful to keep small items like locker keys or some change while you're swimming. The material feels good. The trunks are a pretty standard swimming trunk material - soft but a little bit stiff. The liner is made from a soft, stretchy material. I tried them on as well, and it felt nice on my skin. The construction seems really good. I didn't see any stray threads or bad stitching. It came out of the wash looking as good as new (I wash in cold water and tumble dry on low). They seem to fit true-to-size. My husband usually wears a 34-36 waist, and the L fits him well. There's a bit of extra room in the waist for him, but there's also drawstring, so they're pretty much perfect. The photos I've included are of me wearing them. I usually wear a women's L or XL. I'm about 175 lbs and 6ft tall. Overall, I think these are really nice swimming trunks. At $20, I think they are a good value, and I would definitely recommend them.

Not sure why it took companies so long to figure out that mesh liners are not comfortable... but I'm sure glad they did! Compression liner trunks are the ONLY way to go when you want to be comfortable walking around. These trunks are a great value (under 20 bucks), look great, and are comfy even when walking around all day. Size wise they're pretty much spot on.. kinda weird that they went with odd numbers vs even but keep in mind that' there's some wiggle room there since they are elastic. For instance if you're a 36 the large is probably just a bit snug where the XL might be a tiny bit loose and can be adjusted with the draw string. Choose based on where you're most comfortable I suppose! They're made from a quick drying fabric, at least on the outside. Liners do take a bit longer to dry in my experience but it's an easy trade off to make for not chaffing when walking around water parks, etc. The colors are bright and look fantastic so no complaints there.

These shorts are most definitely quick dry. The outer is super thin and light - it takes almost no time to dry. The compression liner is super comfortable and makes sure you wont wash up on the beach bottomless. They are true to size - I have a 34 inch waist and wear a size large in most shorts/underwear. These are definitely in that range. I appreciate the quality of both the liner and the outer. They seem like they will last a good long time. I'm not rough on swim trunks, but these seem comparable to shorts I've had for 15 or 20 years. If you're looking for a pair of trunks for the beach, these will do very nicely.

I simply love this style! The liner is so soft and comfortable to wear all day, in and out of the pool. It keeps everything in place without getting scratchy like the old mesh liners. Besides the fantastic liner, these shorts have good deep pockets in front and a velcro-flapped pocket in the back. That one has a drain hole that works great. The front pockets are mesh, so they drain even faster. The drawstring is thick and looks great tied in a bow. 🟢 PROS: * amazing liner — you’ll never go back to mesh! * great pockets — all 3 drain easily * good heavy string * overall great color and style * fair price ($20 at review time) 🔴 CONS: * size chart is out of whack — I am 36-38 waist, ordered L, and it fits me perfectly, so order based on your normal size, not by the chart Earns 5 stars because this swim suit is just perfect in every way.
