Exposed to the flu multiple times
I work with special needs children in their homes. I was exposed to the flu twice, up close and personal -- the little one I watch is always in my lap, I feed the child, and brush the child's teeth. I never got the flu and the child was diagnosed with the flu through a test at the doctors office. Also, the second exposure was from the child's sibling. So I believe this product really works. I have used it for at least 9 years. The last time I had the flu was about 10 years ago, prior to learning about this product.

For prevention of flu
We take it every year for the last six years. Take five pellets( do not touch with hands) under your tongue and dissolve, do this on the same day of the weeks, for four weeks then take five more pellets. This is your flu shot

Works... Good for Immune Compromised Individuals
If you have doubts about the flu shot, this is an effective alternative. I have been using it all winter (2015-2016) and have avoided getting the flu despite routinely being in public places crawling with every flu, bacteria and virus making the rounds this year. I would suggest it as a good alternative for people who are immune compromised due to medications or diseases. A family member on immune suppressant drugs due to crohn's disease got the flu shot this year and promptly came down with a horrible, multi-week case of flu.
