Dixie Carb Counters Pancake & Waffle Mix

A little lacking in flavor but not a bad product.

Pretty good pancake. Legit taste, and I am a super taster. I would maybe add more salt, they are lacking a little bit of body. Very expensive though. I just wanted to get an idea of what my homemade ones could taste like. Overall, a very good pancake, even if it wasn't low carb.

The price is ridiculous for the tiny amount of product. Since the photo is so difficult to see, let me lay it out.The bag weighs just 4.7 OUNCES!The bag was so thin when it arrived in the mail that I thought it was perhaps just a brochure telling me about the pancakes. I actually looked around to find where the real bag was until my wife told me the apparent brochure was the actual bag. Unfortunately, I cannot return this as it is a grocery product. I don't think I'll eat it either, mostly out of spite for being ripped off.It is probably thin enough to frame, so perhaps I'll frame it and create a permanent reminder of the dangers of buying grocery products online!

the people on here saying that these taste bad; have never eaten OTHER low carb pancakes.. i have tried multiple products. this has been the best so far.

From the display on the amazon site, it is not apparent what the size of the package is. I paid approximately what I would pay for 50 pounds of flour for a 4 oz package of baking mix - plus outrageous shipping on top of that. I never expected to encounter such cheating on Amazon and this gives me doubt about continuing to purchase on Amazon - especially groceries - unless I know exactly what it is I am buying. I will certainly not purchase from this seller ever again.

Taste great easy to make. I would definitely recommend this pancake mix
