I found my forever steak knife set. Sharing my positive experience from this product:First off, the performance of this knife is top notch. The blade cuts through meat with ease. I was especially drawn to the ergonomic style with the handle. It felt comfortable in my hand. It's a small detail that makes a big difference when handling the knife.The presentation of the steak knives was a beautiful treat. The knives came in an elegant knife case that makes storage and your ability to travel with the knives a breeze. It was a fun experience opening the case with my family to reveal the 4 knives before we made our first cuts into our steak dinner! Schmidt Bros. definitely has style and class, and we were all impressed with the entire experience of bringing this knife set home.

I’ve seen the Schmidt Brother’s products in retail stores and have always been impressed… I decided to pull the trigger for Father’s Day as an early gift for the hubby and boy am I impressed with the quality of these knives and entire unboxing experience in general!!! This specific type of knife in maker are new to me, but it is absolutely the best knife I have ever had. I use it almost exclusively when I’m cooking because it’s so versatile. The weight, sharpness and balance makes such a difference in ease of use! Was absolutely worth the cost, and I am very pleased to have purchased it

Really love this knife.It feels comfortable in my hand and cuts with ease, which is important because I am an older woman with limited strength to cut through some of my favorite breads like sourdough bread and baguettes, but this knife does the job easily.It's also perfect for cutting my salad toppings like cucumbers and tomatoes.The knife also has a groove on the handle that is unique to any other knife I have used.Really recommend this serrated knife to do the job!

This knife definitely beat my expectations. I typically buy Victorinox and Henckel knives but decided to try something new. I couldn't be happier. It has a nice weight to it so it feels great while cutting. Also the quality of the steel is evident. I don't know if this knife can be beat, especially for the price. The packaging was also very sleek. The knife itself is elegant looking. I think it would make a great gift, but I'm definitely keeping this for myself.
